The property is a condominium with 15 semi-detached houses distributed through 3 blocks which surround a well-grassed area with a swimming pool, excellently treated. The allotment is walled with access through an automatic gate with remote control. The inside roads with car access are concrete paved with wellfitted concrete slabs, this being the delimitation of the pedestrian zones, which are paved with large hewn stones. Inside the allotment there are plenty of outdoor parking spaces for the residents of the condominium.
The ground and first floor houses consist of 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor, one of these being a suite with a walk-in closet, a bathroom and two balconies. The ground floor consists of a hallway, kitchen, and living room with fireplace, an extra bathroom and a terrace. All houses have a private garden of variable sizes (see valuation table). Both the condominium lounge and the adult and children’s swimming pool are of joint use with other residents.
Interior / exterior finishing
The interior finishing is of excellent quality and well fitted. The floors are of solid wood and raised flooring with a steel support frame. On the exterior walls ceramic tiles have been applied. In the dry areas, the walls are coated in stucco and painted.
The damp areas and areas next to the stairs leading to the 1st floor are in natural stone. The exterior walls have been plastered and painted. The ceilings are of painted gypsum plasterboard. The wall-fitted bathware and the taps are of good quality.
Shower divisions have been applied. The carpentry and ironmongery are of excellent quality, as well as the fully equipped kitchen. All the divisions have air conditioning (including the kitchen). The exterior aluminium double-glazed frames with a thermal cut are of good quality, and have metallic electrical blinds. |
